IDEA-UAE – شروط الاستخدام والترخيص للتنزيلات الرقمية

1. Ownership

All digital safety signage files sold through IDEA-UAE are protected intellectual property owned by Vimatons Signs Private Limited or its authorised licensors.

The purchase of a PDF file does not transfer copyright, ownership or exclusive rights to the purchaser.

2. Licence Granted

After successful payment, IDEA-UAE grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the purchased safety signage artwork for the purchaser's own business operations.

This licence permits:

• Printing signs for the purchaser's own workplace.
• Displaying signs at the purchaser's business premises.
• Keeping digital backup copies.
• Using the artwork for internal workplace safety communication.
• Printing additional copies for the same purchasing legal entity.

3. Restrictions

The purchaser shall not:

• Sell or redistribute the original PDF files.
• Share files with other companies.
• Upload the artwork to public websites.
• Distribute the files through WhatsApp groups, Telegram or file-sharing services.
• Resell the artwork through online marketplaces.
• Remove or alter copyright ownership notices.
• Include the purchased files in a competing digital signage library.
• Grant sublicences or transfer the licence to another business.

4. Contractors and Printing Companies

The purchaser may provide the necessary file to a professional printing company solely for producing signs on behalf of the purchaser.

The printing company must not retain, resell, redistribute or independently exploit the artwork.

The purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that its printing contractor follows these conditions.

5. Multiple Locations and Enterprise Use

A standard digital purchase covers internal use by the purchasing legal entity.

Independent subsidiaries, franchisees, unrelated customers, distributors and third-party businesses require additional licensing permission.

6. No Resale Rights

A digital download purchase does not provide:

• Reseller rights.
• Distribution rights.
• White-label rights.
• Exclusive commercial rights.
• Copyright ownership.
• Rights to manufacture and sell competing digital products.

These rights require a separate written agreement.

7. File Delivery

Files are supplied electronically after successful payment confirmation.

The purchaser must download and securely store the purchased files.

Download availability, link validity and download limits will be disclosed in the relevant product listing or order confirmation.

8. Refunds and Technical Problems

Customers should verify the product description before purchasing.

Where a file is defective, inaccessible, corrupted or materially different from its description, IDEA-UAE will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

A blanket exclusion of statutory refunds or consumer rights does not apply.

9. Copyright Enforcement

Unauthorised distribution, reproduction or commercial exploitation may result in suspension of download access and legal action where appropriate.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing and downloading a digital safety sign, the purchaser confirms acceptance of this licence.

These terms operate together with the IDEA-UAE Terms and Conditions and applicable mandatory laws.
