IDEA-UAE provides bilingual English–Arabic safety signage artwork, downloadable PDF files, customised signage artwork and physical safety signage products.

The website serves customers in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and other international markets.

Regional representatives may provide customer assistance, sales support, quotations and coordination services. Unless specifically stated in a written agreement, all website transactions are contracted with Vimatons Signs Private Limited in India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a digital product, downloading artwork or submitting a physical signage enquiry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not use the website or purchase its products.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, businesses, distributors and other users of IDEA-UAE.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

3. Products and Services

IDEA-UAE offers the following categories:

Digital products are supplied electronically. No physical item is included in a digital download purchase.

B. Physical Products

Physical products may include:

• Bulk industrial and commercial signage.
• Specially manufactured signage.

Physical orders are subject to a separate quotation and written order confirmation.

4. Product Information and Artwork

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, previews, dimensions, colours, languages and technical specifications are accurate.

Digital product previews are illustrative. The final downloadable artwork may have technical characteristics specified on the individual product page.

Customers are responsible for checking the following before purchasing:

• Required sign dimensions.
• Printing compatibility.
• Language and spelling.
• Intended application.
• Required file format.
• Local workplace and industry requirements.

Customers should contact us before purchasing if they require a particular specification.

5. Digital Download Purchases and Payments

Digital products displayed for immediate purchase may be paid for through PayPal or another payment method expressly displayed at checkout.

The customer must provide accurate billing and email information.

A digital order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully authorised and IDEA-UAE issues an order confirmation.

Access to the purchased digital file is provided through a secure download link or customer account.

The download link may be subject to an expiry period or download limit, which will be disclosed at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Customers must not share their account credentials or download links with unauthorised persons.

6. Digital Download Licence

All downloadable PDF artwork, illustrations, layouts, vector elements, designs and associated intellectual property remain the property of Vimatons Signs Private Limited or the respective licensed rights holder.

Upon successful payment, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased artwork.

Unless the product page states otherwise, the standard licence permits:

1. Downloading and storing the purchased file.
2. Printing the purchased sign for the customer's own business operations.
3. Displaying the sign at the customer's own workplace or business premises.
4. Reproducing the purchased sign in reasonable quantities for internal operational use within the purchasing legal entity.

The standard licence does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6.1 Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, customers must not:

• Resell the original PDF file.
• Redistribute the file through websites, marketplaces or file-sharing platforms.
• Share download links with third parties.
• Upload the artwork to public databases.
• Repackage or resell the artwork as a digital product.
• Sell the artwork through Amazon, Etsy, eBay or other marketplaces.
• Claim ownership of the original artwork.
• Remove copyright notices or ownership information.
• Use the artwork to create a competing downloadable safety-signage collection.
• Distribute the files to unrelated companies or customers.

6.2 Commercial and Multi-Site Licence

A standard purchase does not automatically grant resale, sublicensing, distributor or unlimited third-party reproduction rights.

Businesses requiring artwork for multiple independent companies, client projects, franchise networks, contractors or distribution purposes must obtain a separate commercial or enterprise licence.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All original website content and artwork, including designs, graphics, illustrations, product previews, written descriptions, logos and downloadable files, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised copying, modification, redistribution or commercial exploitation may result in suspension of access and appropriate legal action.

Purchasing a digital file does not constitute a transfer of copyright or ownership.

Customers retain ownership of their own original materials supplied to IDEA-UAE, subject to any separate written agreement.

8. Digital Download Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of electronically delivered products, customers should carefully review the product description before purchasing.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, cancellations and refunds are generally not available for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

However, we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where:

• The purchased file is corrupted or unusable.
• The download link does not work.
• The supplied file is materially different from the product description.
• The wrong file was delivered.
• The payment was duplicated.
• An eligible payment was made fraudulently or without authorisation.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

Customers should contact admin@idea-uae.com with their order number and a description of the issue.

We may request reasonable evidence to investigate a technical problem.

Where a digital product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, an appropriate refund may be provided.

Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Physical Signage Orders

Physical signage is generally supplied through a quotation-based business-to-business ordering process.

The procedure is:

1. The customer submits a product enquiry or request for quotation.
2. IDEA-UAE reviews the specifications and requirements.
3. A written quotation is issued.
4. The customer approves the quotation.
5. The customer completes payment through the approved bank transfer arrangements.
6. Production begins after payment clearance and final artwork approval, according to the agreed order.
7. The products are dispatched according to the agreed delivery arrangements.

A quotation should specify:

• Product description.
• Quantity.
• Dimensions and material.
• Printing and finishing specifications.
• Artwork approval.
• Unit price and total price.
• Applicable taxes.
• Shipping and customs charges.
• Delivery destination.
• Estimated production and delivery schedule.
• Payment terms.
• Quotation validity.
• Warranty, if applicable.

No physical order is binding until the quotation and purchase order are accepted in writing by the authorised parties.

10. Physical Order Payment Policy

Bulk physical signage orders are payable by bank transfer to the bank account specified on the official quotation or invoice.

Customers should not transfer funds to an employee, representative or personal bank account unless this has been expressly authorised and documented by Vimatons Signs Private Limited.

Bank charges, intermediary charges and currency conversion costs shall be handled as specified in the quotation.

Production may be suspended until the required payment has cleared.

11. Customised Artwork and Approval

For customised physical signage and artwork:

• The customer must supply accurate technical information.
• The customer must verify spelling, translations, dimensions and layout.
• The customer must approve the final proof before production.
• Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delays.

Vimatons Signs Private Limited is not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork resulting from information supplied or approved by the customer.

12. Shipping, Delivery and Customs

Physical products may be shipped internationally, subject to availability, shipping arrangements, customs clearance and applicable import requirements.

The quotation will identify the agreed delivery terms and, where appropriate, the applicable Incoterms® rule and named delivery place.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise:

• Import duties and destination-country taxes are payable by the responsible importer.
• Customs clearance is subject to local regulations.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
• Delays caused by customs, carriers or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect delivery.

The customer must provide accurate shipping and consignee information.

13. Safety Standards and Technical Disclaimer

IDEA-UAE provides safety signage artwork for general identification, communication and workplace safety applications.

References to ISO 7010, ISO standards or other safety conventions describe the relevant design style or reference standard and do not constitute certification or approval by ISO or a government authority.

Unless specifically stated in a written product specification, IDEA-UAE does not certify that every design complies with every country's workplace safety regulations.

The customer is responsible for confirming that selected signage meets applicable local requirements, including:

• Workplace health and safety regulations.
• Fire and emergency safety regulations.
• Building and construction requirements.
• Industrial and chemical safety rules.
• Required sign sizes, colours, symbols and language.
• Relevant authority or client specifications.

The supplied artwork is not a substitute for a professional site-specific risk assessment, fire safety assessment or engineering consultation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vimatons Signs Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, unauthorised redistribution, incorrect installation or use of signage contrary to applicable requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory statutory rights of customers.

15. Customer Accounts and Website Security

Customers must provide accurate information when registering or purchasing.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent transactions, unauthorised distribution, payment abuse or violations of intellectual property rights, subject to applicable law.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

Customer information may be collected and processed for:

• Processing orders and payments.
• Providing digital downloads.
• Preparing quotations.
• Delivering physical orders.
• Customer support.
• Fraud prevention and security.
• Legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Payment card and account credentials should be processed through authorised payment providers. IDEA-UAE does not intend to store customers' full payment card credentials.

17. Third-Party Payment Providers

Digital payments may be processed through PayPal and other payment providers displayed at checkout.

Payments are subject to the relevant provider's terms, security procedures and verification requirements.

IDEA-UAE does not control the independent operation of third-party payment services.

18. Regional Representatives

IDEA-UAE may appoint representatives or business contacts in the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

Such representatives may provide marketing, sales enquiries, customer assistance and coordination.

A representative is not authorised to:

• Change website legal terms.
• Promise refunds without approval.
• Modify official quotations.
• Accept payments into unauthorised personal accounts.
• Grant intellectual property rights beyond written authority.
• Bind Vimatons Signs Private Limited to an agreement without appropriate authorisation.

The contracting party and authorised signatory shall be identified in relevant quotations and contracts.

We shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, customs interruptions, major network failures or transport disruptions.

This provision does not remove mandatory rights concerning refunds or undelivered products.

21. Changes to These Terms
